We are seeking a committed and skilled practitioner to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. We welcome applications from candidates with a Level 3 HLTA qualification, as well as those with strong classroom experience who would be willing to complete the training.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with a range of SEMH and SEN needs across the school.
- Adapt confidently to different situations, build positive relationships, and uphold our behaviour expectations with consistency and professionalism.
- Inspire, motivate and appropriately challenge children and young people, helping them to thrive academically and personally.
Qualifications
- Level 3 HLTA qualification, or strong classroom experience with willingness to undertake required training.
Working arrangements
This is a flexible opportunity, and we are happy to discuss working days or part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
