Working in our main school office you will provide a high-quality service, leading the administration team. You will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week, term time only.
About us: Our Lady of Lincoln Catholic Primary School, a Voluntary Academy, is a primary school located in Lincoln. We are an Ofsted-rated Good school and part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, which brings together 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City, and Nottinghamshire.
You will:
- Be the first point of contact for many of our families and visitors, delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient service at all times.
- Have previous administrative and ideally team management experience, preferably in a school office.
- Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive, and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Lead and manage members of the admin team.
- Provide general administrative support within the school office for senior leaders and other teaching staff.
- Be positive and enthusiastic.
