You will lead the strategic development of high‑quality, inclusive provision for pupils with SEND and those who are disadvantaged, ensuring that every child flourishes academically, spiritually and personally.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader, with the NASENCO qualification (or a willingness to undertake it), a proven record of impact in raising standards, and a passion for inclusive education.

You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who can lead, motivate and inspire staff, work effectively with external partners and confidently lead Inclusion in Our Lady and St Joseph Catholic Primary School.
