The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing (now 20+) Courier Operations team led by Camille Boulay. We’re looking for a marketing whizz to lead the acquisition of new courier partners to work on the Stuart platform in the UK. - Own core acquisition KPIs (applications, CPA, channel conversion %).
- Research, launch and test new and innovative methods for courier acquisition.
- Own the UK courier acquisition budget, allocating spend to deliver against individual city targets and improving ROI.
- Use analytics to improve processes, identify bottlenecks and points of inefficiency and A/B test alternatives to come up with sound recommendations.
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders in the operations and commercial teams, reporting on performance and understanding sourcing as part of the bigger picture of a courier’s journey with Stuart.
Requirements
- You have 2+ years of similar experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Sheets and Tableau is a plus.
- You are data-driven, meticulous, and detail-oriented, have a thorough understanding of key growth metrics and statistics and are comfortable owning a large budget.
- You are an independent self-starter who is comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility and managing a process from start to finish.
- You are highly organised, proactive and flexible, capable of responding quickly to change, innovating to solve problems and rapidly identifying opportunities for growth.

Benefits
- Lunch paid for every day (in value up to ÂŁ10) at work and all the free drinks/snacks you can handle.

- Annual company offsite – Ibiza last year!
- Private health care provided by AXA (including dental and optical).
- Pension taken care of through a partnership with Royal London.
- Work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment with a great company culture.
- Lunchtime sports: 5 a side football Fridays, squash Thursdays.
“Logistics for a sustainable world.” That is the mission at the heart of Stuart Delivery. While customer expectations around the delivery experience are skyrocketing, cities are limiting traditional logistics methods to improve congestion, pollution and liveability. The convergence of these two trends means that a disruptive approach to last mile delivery is not a nice-to-have but rather an inevitability. We launched in 2015 with a big vision and a handful of clients. Five years later, couriers on our platform complete tens of millions of deliveries annually for the biggest brands across retail, e-commerce, grocery and food.
Stuart is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company. We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status. So if you feel like there is a fit, apply!
