As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring safeguarding compliance, and delivering high-quality administrative and student-facing services. You will coordinate exams and referrals, support safeguarding and DBS processes, manage data in line with GDPR, and act as a key point of contact for students, families, and external partners. The working hours for this role is as follows: 8:30am–4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records in line with GDPR
- Support safeguarding processes and escalate concerns appropriately
- Coordinate exam centre activities including timetabling, registrations, and invigilation
- Assist with health and safety checks and communications
- Support finance and purchasing processes, including supplier liaison
- Process referrals and communicate with stakeholders
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to service improvements
