- Participant invitations to further research: Developing and evaluating how we invite participants to engage in further research. Your work will help ensure that invitations and supporting materials enable participants to make informed, confident choices, with a clear understanding of what participation involves and how it may benefit them and the broader health of the population.
You will:
- Lead and conduct user research across the product lifecycle using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, diary studies, usability testing, and ethnographic research.
- Generate clear, actionable insights that inform product design, improve user experience, and support strategic priorities.
- Design and run usability testing to refine products and services before launch.
- Evaluate products and services after launch to understand impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with product analysts, designers, and cross-functional teams to connect research insights with product decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align teams around participant insights.
- Maintain a repository of research findings to support ongoing and future work.
- Support colleagues in planning and conducting research, sharing best practices and expertise.
