Our Future Health is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You’ll support managers with day-to-day people matters, provide practical employee relations advice, and help raise manager capability across the organisation.
You will coach managers, develop pragmatic resources, and work with the People Experience team to resolve first-line queries while ensuring alignment with UK employment legislation and organisational policies.
