About the Role
As our new Talent Partner, you’ll join on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. Your work will go beyond simply sourcing candidates – you’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring we attract, assess, and select individuals who not only bring the right skills but also share our values and vision. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, designing targeted strategies, creating inclusive processes, and delivering a seamless candidate experience in a highly competitive market.
Your key responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Inclusive Recruitment: Create equitable processes that ensure fair outcomes for all, and actively foster diversity within our organisation.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and nurture relationships with future talent, staying ahead of industry trends to keep our organisation competitive.
- Seamless Candidate Experience: Support candidates through every step of the process, from applications to interviews, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead or contribute to impactful projects that elevate our Talent Acquisition practices and positively influence the wider People & Culture team.
