Our Future Health is seeking a Director of Participant Operations to lead the end-to-end participant journey in the UK's largest health research programme. You will shape recruitment, engagement, community partnerships and support, ensuring an outstanding participant experience at unprecedented scale.
You will report to the Chief Health Officer and drive governance, performance, and delivery across clinical, product, technology and communications teams, while championing diverse representation.
