You will partner with Participant Support Operations, Clinical Operations and Analytics to solve operational problems using data and evidence, developing trusted reporting and metrics to drive performance improvements.
You will analyse participant contact volumes, complaints, and biosample journeys, identify root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to implement data-informed solutions.
