If you're passionate about IT and eager to learn, then we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join our IT team and take on the in‑office tasks that keep our systems running smoothly. You'll be assembling PCs, troubleshooting hardware, deploying patches, and supporting new joiners, all while learning the ropes of modern IT service delivery.

At Our Future Health, our mission is to transform the prevention, detection and treatment of conditions such as dementia, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. We're looking for people to join us on our journey. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting daily IT operations to ensure devices and systems run smoothly
  • Preparing laptops and accounts for new starters and helping them onboard with ease
  • Providing first‑line support for issues with M365, Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and hardware
  • Maintaining accurate records in Intune, Jamf, and our ITSM platform
  • Assisting with updates and patching to keep devices secure and compliant
  • Collaborating with the wider IT team to improve processes and enhance user experience

What you won’t be doing:

  • Working in a siloed environment with no freedom to make decisions.
  • Working in a place where you can’t see the impact your expertise makes.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Interest in device management tools like Intune, Autopilot, or Jamf
  • Understanding of account setup, password resets, and basic troubleshooting
  • Aware of IT security and data handling principles

Qualifications & Experience:

  • No formal IT experience required, just a genuine interest in technology
  • GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent; IT-related study or certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple) are a bonus
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn new tools and systems

Who you are:

  • A clear communicator who can explain technology in plain language
  • A logical problem solver who enjoys fixing things
  • A team player who collaborates well across departments
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in record-keeping
  • Enthusiastic about growing your IT skills

Benefits:

  • Salary from £30,000 per annum
  • Generous Pension Scheme – We invest in your future with employer contributions of up to 12%
