What you'll do
You’ll own the product strategy for participant recruitment and onboarding, deciding where to focus investment, what to prioritise and how to measure success.
You’ll connect organisational ambition to practical product choices, giving teams a clear view of what matters and why.

As a leader, you’ll set high standards and create the conditions for people to do their best work.
You’ll coach and challenge Product Managers, strengthen accountability and help the team deliver measurable outcomes at pace.
