Our Future Health is seeking a Director of Participant Operations to lead end-to-end participant recruitment, engagement and experience at scale within the UK’s largest health research programme. You will shape strategies, services and partnerships to ensure a representative, equitable and outstanding participant journey from first contact to long‑term participation.
Reporting to the Chief Health Officer, you will drive operational excellence across clinical, product, technology and data teams.
