Are you fresh out of college or university and ready to kickstart your career in IT? Or maybe you’ve been working in customer service and want to pivot into a new specialism? If you’re passionate about IT and eager to learn, then we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join our IT team and take on the in-office tasks that keep our systems running smoothly. You’ll be assembling PCs, troubleshooting hardware, deploying patches, and supporting new joiners, all while learning the ropes of modern IT service delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting daily IT operations to ensure devices and systems run smoothly.
- Preparing laptops and accounts for new starters and helping them onboard with ease.
- Providing first-line support for issues with M365, Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and hardware.
- Maintaining accurate records in Intune, Jamf, and our ITSM platform.
- Assisting with updates and patching to keep devices secure and compliant.
- Collaborating with the wider IT team to improve processes and enhance user experience.

- Working in a siloed environment with no freedom to make decisions.

To succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Interest in device management tools like Intune, Autopilot, or Jamf.
- Understanding of account setup, password resets, and basic troubleshooting.
- Aware of IT security and data handling principles.
Qualifications & Experience:
- No formal IT experience required, just a genuine interest in technology.
- GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent; IT-related study or certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple) are a bonus.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
