Your Impact and Responsibilities as a Senior Manager:
- Client Leadership: Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their commercial objectives and delivers strategic tax advice that directly contributes to their growth and success.
- Project Delivery: Lead the successful delivery of technically complex advisory projects, including tax structuring, refinancing, legal structure optimisation, pre/post transaction reorganisations, and managing tax authority enquiries. You will also provide critical technical support to the wider corporate tax team.
- Team Development: Take ownership of coaching, developing, and inspiring more junior members of the team, fostering their technical skills and accelerating their career growth within KPMG.
- Business Development: Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with Directors and Partners to expand our market presence and deliver innovative solutions for client issues, including managing tender processes and client pitches.
