How to prepare for a job interview at our firm

Know Your Story

Before the interview, take some time to reflect on your military experiences and how they relate to the civilian job you're aiming for. We suggest crafting a narrative that highlights your skills and achievements, making it easier for you to communicate your value during the interview.

Practice Makes Perfect

Rehearse common interview questions with a friend or mentor. We recommend focusing on behavioural questions that ask you to describe past experiences. This will help you articulate your thoughts clearly and confidently when it’s your turn to shine.

Dress the Part

First impressions matter! We advise dressing in smart, professional attire that aligns with the company culture. Even if the environment is casual, looking polished shows respect and seriousness about the opportunity.

Ask Insightful Questions

Prepare a few thoughtful questions to ask at the end of the interview. This not only demonstrates your interest in the role but also gives you a chance to assess if the company is the right fit for you. We suggest asking about team dynamics or growth opportunities within the organisation.
