SAP OTC / P2P Trainer (S/4HANA)
Location: Remote (Europe-based preferred)
Contract: Freelance, initial 6 months (with extension potential)
Conexus is working with a boutique consultancy to support a global S/4HANA implementation and is looking for a seasoned SAP OTC / P2P Trainer to design and deliver targeted training for critical business functions in finance and procurement.
Your Responsibilities:

Lead training delivery across Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process areas

Develop engaging training content and materials tailored to business processes

Support Train-the-Trainer sessions and provide follow-up coaching

Work with business stakeholders to assess user readiness and training needs

Facilitate hands-on learning in Fiori/S/4HANA environments
-
Collaborate with the wider project team during testing, go-live, and hypercare
Your Profile:

5+ years of SAP training experience, specifically in OTC and/or P2P
-
Strong understanding of end-to-end process flows in S/4HANA
-
Proven ability to deliver high-impact virtual training to global audiences

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience supporting global ERP transformations and change initiatives
