Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven PMO Consultant to join a high-performing delivery team, supporting complex transformation initiatives within an enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked within a PMO function and is confident operating independently while engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end PMO support across large programmes, including SAP-focused initiatives
- Establish and maintain robust governance, reporting, and control frameworks
- Drive project standards, processes, and best practices across the programme
- Work closely with Project Managers and Programme Leads to ensure effective delivery
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Proactively identify risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation
- Operate independently to manage PMO activities across multiple workstreams
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working within a PMO team or function
- Experience in an SAP PMO environment is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, controls, and delivery frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to run PMO activities effectively and independently
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing stakeholder relationships
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in complex project environments
Work Model
Hybrid working with up to 3 days onsite/travel. Travel primarily within the Midlands region.
