I'm supporting a leading food and beverage organisation undergoing a large-scale Salesforce transformation and they're looking to engage an experienced TPM (Trade Promotion Management) Product Owner to play a key role in shaping and delivering the TPM capability.
This is a senior, business-facing role with strong ownership of the Salesforce TPM product, sitting at the intersection of commercial teams, IT and system integrators.
Role Overview
As Salesforce TPM Product Owner, you'll be responsible for defining and prioritising the TPM roadmap, translating business needs into clear product requirements, and ensuring the solution delivers real commercial value. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Digital and external partners to drive adoption and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the TPM product vision and roadmap
- Experience with SAP, VisualFabriq, Salesforce, XTEL
- Gather, challenge and prioritise business requirements across commercial and finance teams
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Support design decisions, backlog prioritisation and sprint planning
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, system capabilities and delivery timelines
- Support UAT, go-live readiness and post-deployment optimisation
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Product Owner on Salesforce TPM / Trade Promotion Management programmes
- Strong understanding of FMCG trade promotion processes and commercial operations
- Experience working on large-scale digital or CRM transformations
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence senior business leaders
- Comfortable working in hybrid, multi-vendor delivery environments
- FMCG / Consumer Goods experience is highly desirable
