As part of OUP’s ELT division, you will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality, accurate, and engaging web content that supports learners and educators. For someone already in a role, this position provides the chance to deepen digital and web marketing skills, gain hands‑on CMS experience, and work with a supportive team focused on continuous improvement and shared learning. You’ll work with modern tools like Click Up and web content platforms, while contributing directly to improving the customer experience on ELT marketing websites.
In this role, you will:
- Support the effective operation of ELT Marketing websites through regular housekeeping, scheduled reviews, and reporting.
- Execute day‑to‑day updates and edits to marketing web pages using a CMS.
- Provide first‑line support to resolve inaccuracies or issues found on marketing web pages, escalating when required.
- Review and action requests from Marketing stakeholders via Click Up to build or edit web page content.
- Independently schedule and complete recurring updates to maintain accuracy and consistency across marketing web pages.
- Support marketing initiatives and projects where web is a key component.
- Maintain and update documentation on web operations processes to ensure continuity of delivery.

About You:
- Strong and proven IT skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to copy‑edit English accurately and confidently
- Trusted team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with others
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience using a Content Management System or building/editing web pages
- Experience using a productivity platform such as Click Up or similar
- Web marketing or web statistics knowledge
