Opportunity – In this role, you will:
- Drive digital sales budgets for your assigned market through strategic planning and aggressive promotion of digital products.
- Train and enable core sales teams on digital products to help them achieve their targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, briefings, seminars, and promotional workshops to generate qualified leads.
- Work closely with sales teams to source and convert qualified funnels for digital products.
- Manage proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups for early closures and secure confirmation letters from schools.
- Oversee onboarding, deployment, and enablement of products and services in adoption schools.
- Build long-term partnerships with schools through delivery of integrated services.
- Track new institutions, courses, and opportunities in your market.
Your efforts will directly contribute to OUP’s mission of driving digital adoption and creating sustainable educational impact.
About You:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree with strong communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of the EdTech domain.
- Consultative sales skills and ability to champion digital transformation.
- Thorough understanding of the K-12 market in both print and digital.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to travel and knowledgeable about the assigned territory.
