The role is responsible for developing and delivering data-driven marketing strategies that increase awareness, customer acquisition, platform usage and long-term retention, while working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, product and technology teams.
A typical day might include analysing platform usage data, planning customer onboarding journeys, collaborating on a product campaign, briefing colleagues on customer insights, or meeting with platform stakeholders.
No two days are ever the same.
The Marketing Manager, Digital Platforms will lead acquisition and retention activity across key digital products, ensuring customers have an engaging experience throughout their journey.
The role combines strategic planning, campaign delivery, stakeholder management and data-driven decision making to support business growth and customer success.

- Experience in a Marketing Executive, Campaign Manager or similar role.
- Experience delivering successful acquisition and retention campaigns.
