We are looking for an experienced Account Management professional to join our vibrant International Sales within the Education Division as Affiliate Account Manager. The role will drive commercial growth across affiliates, ministries, universities, and other partners. The role strengthens partner value propositions, expands market presence, and ensures coordinated cross-team delivery. You will act as the commercial lead for partner success, overseeing pipeline development, planning, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Act as the commercial point-of-contact for Service Level Agreement (SLA) related matters, ensuring alignment between OxfordAQA and central service teams such as Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
- Coordinate and submit reserved matters to shareholders, including territory approvals and activities requiring approval beyond the original operating scope.
- Support preparation of management information (MI) and contribute to Senior Leadership Team updates related to service delivery and partner operations.
- Collaborate on the review and update of the OxfordAQA Service Level Agreement to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organisational needs.
- Provide coordination support for OxfordAQA board management responsibilities when required.
- Deliver year-on-year revenue growth across partner segments.
- Lead the creation and delivery of commercial strategies for affiliates and partners.
- Identify and pursue new partner acquisition and regional expansion opportunities.
- Own partner business plans, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Monitor and drive growth in qualification and programme volumes.
- Strengthen partner value propositions and support long-term relationship growth.
- Lead retention and renewal strategies.
- Oversee onboarding, enablement, and training, including rollout of self-serve tools like the Affiliate Hub.
- Work closely with International Delivery Group (IDG), Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Provide visibility on partner performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Own performance reporting against commercial KPIs.
- Produce insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Lead annual planning for partner-related commercial strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial experience in partnership management, business development, or international education.
- Strong understanding of international school markets or qualification ecosystems.
- Ability to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partner plans.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting capabilities.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
Desirable
- Experience in university recognition or Ministry of Education engagement.
- Knowledge of assessment, curriculum, or qualification frameworks.
