In this role you will be part of a high‑performing team at the heart of OxfordAQA's international events programme and help deliver engaging experiences for educators around the world. This fixed‑term role, covering an internal secondment, sits within the International & OxfordAQA Events and Professional Development team. Working closely with the Events Manager, Events Coordinator and reporting to the Senior Events Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting a fast‑growing portfolio of events, with a particular focus on online delivery, ensuring both strategic impact and strong return on investment.
This is a varied and fast‑paced position where you'll contribute to the smooth coordination and delivery of events from start to finish. Your day could include preparing event materials and resources, managing online platforms, scheduling sessions, and supporting live virtual events between examiners and customers. You'll also collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver engaging communications, maintain digital event content, and assist with promotional activity. In addition, you'll handle data processing and feedback collection, support Senior Examiner Clinics coordination, and contribute to the logistics of international in‑person events when needed.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

Essential Requirements- High quality interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with high quality written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly around data handling, crafting communications and proofreading.
- Well‑rounded knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good understanding of how to process and present data efficiently in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva/Adobe Express, etc.).
- Understanding of GDPR regulations.
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with web content management and/or video editing.
- Experience related to event administration.
