We're looking for a highly organised and proactive team member to support content transformation across our global education teams. In this new role, you'll help us put in place the right processes and workflows to enable us to create accessible, personalised, platform-agnostic content. Working closely with the Director of Digital Transformation, you'll play an important role in enabling cross‑functional teams to modernise how we develop and manage our products.
The Content Transformation Manager will coordinate projects and connect cross‑functional teams, including Editorial, Product, Digital and central operations teams. Supporting new ways of working, from tracking progress and managing risks to preparing updates and maintaining clear documentation, you'll ensure everyone has the guidance and clarity they need to succeed. As a central point of contact, you'll help align stakeholders, set the agenda for key meetings and support the adoption of new workflows. You'll monitor and report on key metrics across our content transformation projects. Guided by senior team members, you will also contribute to the management of taxonomy data that drives consistency across products and markets.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll support day‑to‑day workflow execution, contribute to process improvements, and help embed new ways of working. You'll maintain and develop guidance, assist with training, communications and cross‑functional collaboration. Success in this role comes from strong organisation, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset, enabling teams to work more effectively while contributing to a major transformation in how educational content is created and delivered.

- Experience in editorial, production, operations or content development environments.
- Interest in structured content, XML and metadata (no expertise required).
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders and escalating where appropriate.
- Experience with basic data tracking and reporting (Excel, dashboards etc).
- Able to understand and explain workflows, even if not designing them.
- Curiosity, initiative and willingness to "have a go" at solving small problems.
