The Role

As a Leisure Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lifeguarding to ensure the safety of all pool users
- Setting up and maintaining sports equipment
- Ensuring all facilities are clean and ready for use
- Interacting with guests and providing outstanding customer service
- Preparing activities to create memorable experiences for our members
Safety is our top priority, so this role requires exceptional attention to detail. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial. While a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this position, we provide continuous training and support to help you excel. We also offer a friendly and supportive work environment, along with opportunities for career development.
Hours: Full Time = Average of 40 hours per week, with a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends, 52 weeks a year.
Salary: £26,438 per annum (hourly rate £12.71)
