Overview Catering Manager is responsible for the successful production and delivery of healthy, balanced food to pupils, staff and visitors at all services, within pre-determined budgetary levels.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all recipes on the Caternet are followed, ensuring consistency at all times.
- Overseeing the staff in their area, both in the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Day to day liaison with key members of staff and customers such as Hsms and Matrons.
