Oundle School is seeking a skilled and experienced Billing & Debt Administrator to become part of its high‑performing Finance Team.
The role involves providing accurate and efficient management of the School’s fee billing process, including termly invoice production, parent queries, reporting and debt management. The role will act as the central point of expertise on behalf of the Bursary, in respect of all School fee invoicing, extras and payment handling, whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
Start date: 1 September 2026
Working weeks: Working a 52‑week contract, this role is part‑time 20 hours per week, on a job share basis.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 1pm – 5pm or 1:30pm – 5:30pm (the specific hours can be discussed further at the interview stage).
Salary: £15,683 actual (£31,366 FTE).
The School Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding.
