The Role

Responsibilities
- Lifeguard to ensure the safety of all pool users.
- Set up and maintain sports equipment and facilities.
- Ensure all facilities are clean and ready for use.
- Interact with guests, providing outstanding customer service.
- Prepare activities to create memorable experiences for members.
Requirements
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Continuous training and support will be provided.
Hours: Full Time = Average of 40 hours per week, with a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends, 52 weeks a year.
Salary: £26,438 per annum (hourly rate £12.71)
