The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded, strategically sharp and highly organised Marketing Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of Ouma clients. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role spanning client management, marketing strategy, campaign execution, reporting, performance analysis and client growth. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, creating and activating marketing plans, overseeing delivery across multiple channels and ensuring clients see measurable progress. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners and our expert network to deliver high‑quality marketing activity that drives real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Manage client communication, expectations and challenges with confidence

- Create annual marketing strategies and client plans

- Brief internal teams and partners clearly on assets, content and deliverables
- Campaign Execution
- Manage campaign set‑up, tracking, QA and delivery
- Oversee creative, content and copy briefing
- Support paid media delivery, optimisation and performance improvement
- Manage media partners and external specialists
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to plan and to a high standard
- Track budgets, pacing and campaign performance against expectations
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Report on KPIs, attribution and business outcomes
- Present campaign performance clearly and confidently to clients
- Maintain regular weekly performance conversations
- Focus on meaningful commercial metrics rather than vanity metrics
- Use insight to recommend improvements and future opportunities
- Client Growth
- Identify mutual growth opportunities for clients and the agency
- Support annual client growth through activation upgrades
- Contribute to 20% year‑on‑year revenue growth from client development
- Help activate the right expert support around each client
- Participate in at least one successful client pitch annually

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a strong marketing brain, excellent client‑handling skills and the ability to keep multiple projects moving without losing quality or momentum. You’ll be a good fit if you have:
- Strong client management experience
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
- Excellent project and operational management skills
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Broad marketing knowledge across lead generation and brand building
- Experience with marketing strategy, planning, research and segmentation
- Strong briefing skills across creative, content, copy and media
- Understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, testing, QA and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Performance Max, Display, Video and PPC
- Experience or awareness of Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads
- Understanding of SEO and CRM fundamentals
- Strong reporting, analysis and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities
Key KPIs
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Annual marketing strategies created and activated for each client
- Contribution to 20% year‑on‑year client revenue growth
- Delivery of outstanding media activations that meet or exceed expectations
