Responsibilities

  • Supervise the front of house team to ensure a warm, friendly welcome from guests' arrival to departure.
  • As Supervisor you will be the point of contact for all hotel guests and deal with all situations politely and courteously.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4*, 152‑bedroom property. The hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 27‑hole golf course and offers dining options including the Calverley Grill restaurant, the Claret Jug restaurant, Champagne bar, afternoon tea, private dining and event spaces.
