What will I do? Control the health club from an operational level, always ensuring high customer service levels, making sure to carry out daily health & safety procedures ensuring a safe environment for all users of the health club facilities. You will support the Health Club Manager to ensure that you and the team are maximising all sales and membership sale opportunities.
Is this the role for me?
- Previous experience supervising a team within a health club
- Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent would be a distinct advantage
- Qualifications in water testing, pool plant and pool lifeguard/responder
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Spa Opening Times: Monday - Sunday 10:00am - 19:00pm
Health Club Opening Times: Monday - Friday 6:30am- Saturday & Sunday: 7:30am- 20:00pm
