What will I do?
To assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks, ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members. You will work together daily with all departments and deal with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues that compromise Health & Safety and security.
Is this the role for me?
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role ideally from a hotel background
- Health & safety, energy management qualifications preferred but not essential.
- Demonstratable ability to assist a professional, efficient, high quality, maintenance operation.
- Familiar with planned maintenance systems of work or used similar.
- Capex / budget management experience would be desirable
- Basic IT knowledge skills
