Carlton Academy Trust in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Key Stage Three Pastoral Lead to uphold high standards of pastoral care and behaviour for learning. You will oversee the transition from Year Six to Year Seven and coordinate parent and carer consultation evenings, working with teaching and inclusion teams to support students and families.
The successful candidate will lead and quality assure pastoral systems, use data to identify needs and drive targeted interventions.
