Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Pharmacist for Anticoagulation and Thrombosis. This 12-month fixed-term role supports inpatient work and primary care anticoagulation, working with consultants and specialist nurses to improve patient care.
The post requires full-time hours (37.5/wk), weekend and late rotations, and will be based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford. NHS experience in anticoagulation is preferred.
