You will lead the corporate RTT Validation Team and ensure waiting lists and Patient Tracking Lists comply with national RTT rules and the Trust Elective Access Policy.
You will oversee daily workload, develop data quality processes and provide training and line management to team members, helping improve pathway accuracy and patient access.
