We are transforming a three-story Victorian building into a dining sanctuary where the food defined by the slow-cooked, aromatic traditions of Lucknow is only half the story. Role Review
The Waiter is the face of the restaurant, delivering friendly, confident service and making guests feel welcome. It’s about great service, attention to detail, and teamwork by looking after your section, supporting the team, and helping create an experience guests want to come back to.
In Your First 12 Months, You’ll…

- Previous experience as a Waiter or FOH team member (preferred but not essential).
