About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join a dynamic marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, initiating contact, and scheduling qualified sales appointments. This position plays a key role in driving the agency’s growth and ensuring a steady flow of client engagements.
Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads via phone, email, or other channels to book qualified appointments
• Communicate value propositions clearly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and scheduling
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for appointments set
  

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience is a plus)
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven sales skills and confidence in lead engagement
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• 2 years of CRM experience (experience with Go High Level is a plus)
