As a Shift Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth service across both the shop and restaurant. You’ll train, motivate, and inspire your team while ensuring that Ottolenghi's high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety are maintained. The role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations and learn about the deli side of the business.
As Shift Manager at Ottolenghi Hampstead, you will be:
- Training and motivating your team

- Coordinating the service to ensure shop, floor, and kitchen teams work in harmony

As Shift Manager at Ottolenghi Hampstead, we will offer you:
