Ottolenghi is expanding its best-selling grocery range into new markets, and we are looking for a Marketing Operations Project Manager to help make that happen. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and experienced in managing packaging, projects, and processes across multiple teams and markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the critical path for all launch projects, ensuring milestones, risks, and deliverables are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of global packaging projects, from briefing to artwork sign-off.
  • Creation of best-in-class brand decks that can engage prospective customers across the globe in why Ottolenghi is the right brand to back in ingredients & flavours.
  • Coordinate brand assets and product info for retail and distribution partners.
  • Support marketing and PR activity including product sampling, events, and influencer campaigns.
  • Build collaborative relationships and assist in managing third-party distributors, optimising sales, and delivering marketing activation programs. Adapt and scale successful local initiatives for global use.
  • Track and report on marketing performance and retail activations.

What we are looking for:

  • 3 years of experience in an FMCG environment, scaling international distribution.
  • Proven track record in project management and artwork/packaging workflows.
  • Confident communicator that can rally teams, nudge for deadlines, and build great relationships internally & externally.
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying calm, prioritising clearly, and problem-solving on the spot.
  • Comfortable working with manufacturers, designers, and external partners.
  • A genuine interest in food and emerging consumer trends.
