From carefully curated online orders to the joy of unwrapping something delicious at home, this team makes sure every customer feels looked after, wherever they are.

We are now looking for a talented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the webstore fulfilment warehouse, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
  • Allocate daily tasks, support and train the warehouse team, and help maintain a positive, high-performing working environment.
  • Print courier labels, carry out quality checks on products, packaging and labelling, and ensure all warehouse procedures are followed.
  • Monitor packaging stock levels, support stock transfers, and assist with stocktakes and inventory checks.
  • Work closely with the Manager to support operational priorities, continuous improvement initiatives and the smooth running of the warehouse.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience supervising a warehouse, fulfilment or logistics team.
  • Experience using Shopify for order management.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive leader with strong communication skills who enjoys supporting and developing others.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and teamwork.
  • Working hours
  • 5 shifts per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Flexibility required during peak trading periods, including additional hours or changes to your usual working pattern.
