Our newest venue in Richmond is looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Team Member to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, buzzing environment where you'll be contributing to a memorable experience for every guest.
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play an integral role in providing excellent customer service in our deli and shop, where you'll be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with their orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the space.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a deli/shop assistant or waiter
- Passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- A great team player who communicates effectively and enjoys working in a lively atmosphere
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to our inclusive and warm team culture
