Ottolenghi's NOPI in Soho, London is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to take ownership of the pastry section during service and production. You will produce pastries, desserts and baked goods to Ottolenghi standards with consistency, support and develop junior pastry team members, and maintain food safety at all times.
