Are you an experienced chef with a passion for innovative cuisine and a drive for excellence? NOPI is seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. NOPI is an award-winning restaurant located in the heart of London, known for its bold flavours, creative dishes, and vibrant atmosphere.
As Chef de Partie at NOPI you will:
- Have a passion for food and will run a section in the kitchen, delivering high quality dishes.
- Maintain and facilitate good communication between both BOH and FOH.
- Support developing and designing menus with the Head Chef that reflect Ottolenghi’s concept and values, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
