As a Barista / Bartender at Ottolenghi Hampstead, you will:

• Deliver exceptional coffee, drinks, and service with skill, care, and creativity
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including signature cocktails and Ottolenghi-style drinks
• Maintain an organised and well-stocked bar and coffee station
• Manage daily stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and place supplier orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and personalising their experience
• Support the front-of-house team in delivering smooth and efficient service during busy periods
• Keep up to date with menu items and seasonal offerings to provide accurate product knowledge to customers
• Take pride in the visual presentation of drinks and barista creations, reflecting Ottolenghis attention to detail

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality setting
• Confident in managing stock, placing orders, and liaising with suppliers
• A passion for coffee, cocktails, and hospitality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude
