What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of the pastry section throughout service and production.
  • Produce pastry, desserts, and baked goods to Ottolenghi standards with consistency.
  • Support and develop junior pastry team members.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Manage stock within the pastry section, including ordering and rotation.
  • Contribute to menu development and creative input for new pastry products.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised pastry environment.

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years in a pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a quality kitchen.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pastry, patisserie, and bakery production.
  • Good understanding of food safety and allergen regulations.
