Ottolenghi is a renowned group of restaurants and delis known for its vibrant, creative dishes and exceptional hospitality. As we approach a new opening in Richmond, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your section in a brand-new kitchen, contribute to menu development, and help deliver the Ottolenghi experience.
As a Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Richmond, you will take charge of your section in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the development of creative menus. This role requires a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within Ottolenghi.
Responsibilities

- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and development
- Have excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
