  • What you’ll do
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to consistent standards.
  • Prepare and serve spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure peak performance.
  • Deliver warm, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
  • Manage stock and supplies efficiently, minimising waste.
  • Support colleagues in other sections during busy periods and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards.
  • Stay curious and engaged with the coffee offering and share your knowledge with guests.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee or quality hospitality setting.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
  • Strong technical coffee skills across espresso and milk-based drinks.
  • A genuine love of coffee and connecting with people.
