Are you a passionate and skilled Pastry chef looking to take the next step? ROVI is seeking a talented and ambitious Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. ROVI is a vibrant and contemporary restaurant located in the heart of London, known for its inventive dishes, seasonal ingredients, and relaxed atmosphere.

As Pastry Chef de Partie at ROVI, you will be:

  • Working alongside our talented pastry team to prepare and execute a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
  • Contributing to menu development, ensuring that our offerings are of the highest quality and exceed our guests' expectations
  • Preparing and producing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to Ottolenghi's standards and recipes
  • Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
