What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to consistent standards.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest at the bar.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organisation, and presentation to a high standard.
- Manage bar stock, including ordering, rotation, and waste control.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol.
- Collaborate with the wider front-of-house team to create a seamless guest experience.
- Share your enthusiasm for drinks through recommendations and storytelling.
What we’re looking for:
